Le corps humain (5ième année)

 Allo les cinquièmes! This is a reminder that tomorrow you will have your first test in science on the digestive system (l'appareil digestif). Please make sure that you review everything listed on your study sheet that was handed out last Monday. 

Next, we will be exploring the respiratory system (le système respiratoire). Students will take a look at the basic structure and function of the organs in the respiratory system (e.g., les poumons, le diaphragme).

Allo les quatrièmes et les cinquièmes! I hope you all had a wonderful summer! I am excited to begin a new school year that will be filled with learning adventures. I was happy to see many familiar faces in my class this year and look forward to getting to know the students that are new to me so that we may build a classroom community where every child feels safe, comfortable and is celebrated for their progress and achievements. A class newsletter was emailed to parents prior to the first day of school with information regarding some of our class routines and expectations. The focus during the first couple of weeks will be to get students back into routine and to get them used to new health and safety procedures. Bon courage!
